Our parish has much to be grateful for!
Our numbers are increasing, our outreach programs are thriving, and our doors are open every day to welcome "all, young and old; those strong and weary; those who are mourning, ill or need comfort; those who need rest or feel alone; all who are left out and need acceptance; and those who are grateful and need a place to give thanks and pray" This is the mission of St. Luke's. This year, more than ever, we need you to help us live this mission. With a lively Christian education program, a growing congregation, and a pressing need to help our community comes an increase in expenses, including additional administrative staff and clerical staff.
It's a new year and St. Luke's needs all of its parishioners to show their support of our parish by making a pledge. The amount of the pledge is not as important as the act of pledging. Making even a small commitment to the financial security of St. Luke's demonstrates a belief in the work of our parish as well as gratitude for all of God's blessings.
Last year many members of St.Luke's responded to the stewardship drive with a willing and generous heart: our stewardship contribution grew from
$376,933.00 to $402,119.00. There were 15 new parishioners who pledged for the first time. If we could continue this trend, it would ensure and maybe expand the vital outreach programs we sponsor.
Giving is a way of living! If you have yet to make your pledge, please consider doing so now. We thank you in advance for your support.
