help make the hamptons festival of music a big success

As we look back on over a year of musical performances at St. Luke's, and look ahead to the world-class performances of our MainStage Festival Series, The Hamptons Festival of Music is so excited, and proud to call St. Luke's home. The sanctuary and Hoie Hall are so warm and beautiful, and the congregation so kind and generous. We are delighted to be a part of the St. Luke's family.

I look forward to meeting and getting to know more of you in the coming weeks, but I want to let you all know of a couple of ways St. Luke's parishioners might be interested in becoming more involved with TH•FM:

Homestay Hosting

All of our musicians are housed by volunteer donors who simply provide a private bedroom and private bathroom. (There's no obligation to provide food or transportation.) While its preferred for hosts to open there home for the full duration of the musicians stay, partial stays are also welcomed.

The Musicians arrive September 3 and depart September 15. For each musician hosted for a full stay, we are happy to provide a free Festival Pass. For partial stays we are happy to provide one free concert ticket per musician hosted.

Might you be interested or know of any parishioners who might be good candidates to host musicians?

Volunteers

Another way to be involved with the Festival is by joining our roster of volunteers to assist during performance dates. Volunteers receive complimentary access to events as well!

I appreciate your help in spreading the word about the opportunity to host musicians and to volunteer to members of St. Luke's as we look forward to a thriving partnershipk working together to make our community a more beautiful place.

Thank you and best wishes,
